Paint is the cheapest way to make a house feel new and the easiest one to do badly. We spend most of the time on prep, which is why ours still looks right years later.
Interior painting covers walls, ceilings, trim, doors and cabinets, with patching, caulking and sanding before the first coat. Exterior painting starts with pressure washing, stucco crack repair and sealing, then premium elastomeric or acrylic paint built for Florida sun and rain.
We protect everything that is not getting painted, work in clean lines and leave the house livable at the end of each day.

Patch, caulk, sand, wash and prime. This is most of the job.
Two finish coats, cut lines by hand, sprayed where it gives a better result.
We inspect every wall in daylight with you before calling it done.
With proper prep and quality paint, eight to twelve years. Skipping the stucco repair and primer is why some houses peel in three.
Yes. Doors come off, everything is cleaned, sanded, primed and sprayed for a factory-smooth finish.
Yes. We work room by room and use low-VOC paint.
If I could give 10 stars I surely would. This company is fantastic and the work they did was excellent. They arrived early, which is amazing, and after the work was done, they cleaned up. If you need a reliable company, this is the one to call.
We tried to reach out to a few drywall people and none reached back out timely except for VNX. They replaced the drywall, fixed the light, textured the wall and repainted. The drywall looks like there was never any damage.
Excellent company. The team is very professional, punctual and extremely organized. They work very clean and pay attention to every detail. Everything was done with high quality and great care.
Very friendly and informative staff, quick to come give an estimate and started the work a few days after. They did a great job and were very efficient. Highly recommended.
