BeforeAfterBoth are waterproof. Tile is cooler underfoot and lasts decades; LVP is softer, quieter, cheaper to install and easier to repair. Many clients use tile in wet rooms and LVP everywhere else.
Sometimes, if it is flat and well bonded. Usually we recommend removing it so the new floor sits at the right height for doors and cabinets.

We tried to reach out to a few drywall people and none reached back out timely except for VNX. They replaced the drywall, fixed the light, textured the wall and repainted. The drywall looks like there was never any damage.
