Old plaster and knob-and-tube in a bungalow, popcorn ceilings and soffits in a ranch, builder-grade everything in a newer home: we have opened all of them.
Permits in the City of Tampa and unincorporated Hillsborough County are pulled through our partner general contractor when the scope requires it, and we schedule the inspections. You get a line-item estimate before anything is signed, a start date you can plan around and daily cleanup while the work is on.

If the work moves plumbing, electrical, structural walls or changes the layout, yes. Cosmetic updates like cabinets, counters, paint and flooring usually do not. We tell you which applies at the first visit and handle the paperwork through our partner general contractor.
A written estimate is usually in your hands within a few days of the walkthrough. Start dates depend on scope and material lead times; smaller jobs often begin within two to three weeks.

We tried to reach out to a few drywall people and none reached back out timely except for VNX. They replaced the drywall, fixed the light, textured the wall and repainted. The drywall looks like there was never any damage.
